One true savior vs one punch man

This will be a fight of the ages. A fight between Rick and saitama... but theres a catch. Rick is warped out and forgot his Morty. Morty is now left behind to fight against the monsters.

Saitama is walking around and sees Morty thinking he's a monster due to his big arm. A fight breaks out in the streets!

Battle takes place in a park where saitama fought crablante. No prior knowledge and speeds are equal. They are both about 10-20 meters away from eachother.

This is pre-training saitama and he has his trusty necktie.
And the morty in this is New Arm morty. No death crystal.
Otherise, SBA.

For what i know the only thing Pre Training Saitama could do is try to hang Morty with his necktie, but the mutant arm most likely would reach him and end the fight brutally

Morty is stated to one-shotting Peak Humans. On vsbw Peak human is 9-C. High ball = 15000 joules. One shot on vsbw is 7.5 difference, so Morty's AP is 112500 joules.
Saitama's AP is higher than his 12-year old self's durability, which is 4251746.40 Joules.

I would scale Morty to Rick or something, but there are no calcs, soo...
