One-Punch Man: Upgrade low level characters

This is a relatively easy change and I hope it won't take too long. Since this thread has been accepted, it means we have a new calculation change. This gives us 7-C for BoS Genos and he will also be stronger in his later forms. This means that most characters that are currently scaled to 8-A and Low 7-C will all be upgraded to 7-C.

For The Three Crows, scaling for a single crow by dividing by 3 gives us the following results:

• The Three Crows: 6.7190122e+13 J
• Single Crow: (6.7190122e+13)/3 = 2.2396707e+13 J (Small Town level+)

Since this is only 1.08× away from 7-C, we can upgrade Snek and Max to 7-C as they can one shot a crow (2.42672e+13 J)
