we already arbitrarily cut off who's 6-B and who's not, might as well go all the way.

6-B is the level of Whitebeard, Kaidou, Big Mom, etc.
It seems pretty clear to me that there'd be some big scaling issues if you end up making Doflamingo and Dressrosa arc Luffy on that same level.

6-B is also given to some of the Yonko Commanders and the Red Scabbards. I'm not saying that this means Dressrosa Luffy or Doflamingo are 6-B because of that, but you don't need to be an emperor or similar to have a 6-B ranking, especially since low end to high end of 6-B seems to be about 14X (I don't know what the values are for every 6-B character). Although I suppose you could believe the people who are currently 6-B are not worthy of it, but I think that would have to be solved with a CRT.

None of this is relevant right now. All this boils down to is taking all the 6-B characters and slapping a “possibly 5-C” onto them. No new characters will scale atm
