The best way for me is just to look at the leaks and spoilers just to see what it might be about and then wait for the officials and everything, so that if I'm going to stick with something, I can guarantee what's happening in the chapterThat's fair.
I personally don't like them because, in my experience, they're very often poorly translated, poorly scanned, horribly out of context, full of misinformation, completely made up, a combination of the above, or all of the above (basically, being a Smash Bros. fan and a Jujutsu Kaisen reader has made me very wary of spoilers and leaks).

so it's kinda "half spoilers" to me but at the same time it's also not fully the same as the anime
