Harald was a nice idealistic person who wanted to keep his nation prosperous and peaceful, likely didn't fully understand how truly evil the world government is, and didn't think that a ruthless backstabbing pirate crew were good people to put in charge of the world, and was also afraid of that if he joined them, the people in his nation would be killed. He was placed in a very bad spot. If he had lived long enough to meet Luffy, he would likely have helped out to the best of his abilities.

But the captain HAD the charisma to keep em' together for awhile in the first place, and their interactions are kinda neat

Well, Harald was as powerful as Rocks even without any devil fruit, whereas Loki with a devil fruit was defeated by one-armed Shanks and only has a 2.8 billion bounty.

Well, Oda just isn't skilled enough at drawing beautiful women for the readers to understand the in-story male overreactions about Boa or Shakky, so their enormous beauties are more informed abilities for us.

From what I saw, they aren't close to "impossibly beautiful" and most of them look kinda bland to meWell, there are artists who can draw impossibly beautiful women. Artgerm or Alan Davis for example.
but the art/artstyle seems quite decent tho (also they usually don't seem too be original characters I think) (Like his drawing of Nico Robin and Nami doesn't look that "appealing" just well made art Vs Oda's Robin and Nami, having more personality and appeal to them in my view. Same here with his Shirahoshi. His Boa is quite decent tho for example but not enough to say that it's way better than the original)We also don't get to see Oda go all out on drawing girl characters because of his limited time with finishing manga chapters, only his color spreads and even then it doesn't focus on just 1 character, so that's quite a difference also
if we're talking details and artsyle + appeal... To me OPM (Yusuke Murata) is way better than those 2 as well but overall, everyone mentioned can draw girls really well, being at least somewhat relative in making appealing girl characters, Impossibly beautiful appeal is just a big stretch ngl (it's actually very hard to find girl art/characters that stand out from the rest and are "Impossibly beautiful" looking when I tried finding)

Yee they look very good but I just personally can’t see much appeal of the character… as in the beauty of the art itself is outshining the portrayed appeal by the characterI meant that some of Artgerm's most ambitious fully coloured drawings of superheroines have looked really awesome.
I also feel like most comic artists don't have much soul/emotion in their art, which might be a reason it's soo hard for me to get into as opposed to Manga
(I have only read Baki and Op tho which are like the top of portraying personality and emotions, so that could be also be a reason )

The Wano Country arc flashback is the longest in the series at 15 chapters, from chapter 959 to 974.
I wonder if this Elbaph flashback will end up being comparable to it. Started on chapter 1152 and no sign of it ending in chapter 1158. Could easily go on for another 8 chapters to cover God Valley, Harald's life between God Valley and 14 years ago, the exact circumstances of Harald's death, Loki's time outside of Elbaph potentially, etc.
