This is what she had prior to the update, at the very least she should keep her Ori Ori no Mi rating.

That doesn't seem like a good justification for her Devil Fruit tbh. She extended a cage while he was fighting other soldiers, then he blitzed past her with Gear 2. Doesn't seem like Relativistic movements from her or her power at any point.

Luffy's travel speed is a lot slower than his combat speed. They don't need to have Relativistic reactions to know where he is on the battlefield, and once he used Gear 2, Hina couldn't even see his movements.

I just don't think there's any good scaling between her and Luffy.
