Well Yamato's conflict has moreso been about how she is trapped on Wano for her whole life and desperately wants to be free to go on her own adventure. We know that her job isn't to stay in Wano and be Shogun, because that's Momonosuke's job. As well, Oden leaving out to go to sea was necessary so he could learn of the prophecy and prepare Wano for the coming future.Well I'm mostly referring to the last part of his video where he talks about when Yamato took the wrong message from Oden's journal: that Oden should be adventuring out in the sea; when infact he should have stayed and ruled Wano.
Though a counterargument could be that since Yamato's whole character is basically derived from Oden and his journal, her character arc will be breaking from that, and instead of staying in Wano she instead goes out into sea and doesn't look back (unlike Oden).... or something like that idk
I still think his points are valid, Im still pretty neutral on the whole thing tbh
So to me, that still doesn't prove why Yamato should stay in Wano, I think it's very clear her goal is to leave Wano and go adventuring because her father has trapped her in Wano for so long. She's worthy to use Haoshoku Haki, meaning she's meant to be a king and not stay trapped serving Momonosuke in Wano.
