One Piece Characters Downplayed 😤😁🏴‍☠️

So.... I really think One Piece is downplayed ALOT.... Now I'm not doing this for bias since I would defend any anime that seems downplayed but one piece is VERY downplayed and I don't really see people speak about it.

luffy post time skip should at least be island lvl in gear 3rd since he defeated Don Shinjoa and stated by himself to split an ice continent...

Now this guy does a quite good Calc on how strong luffy really is and should be considered

now I don't aspect that you can accept luffy being moon lvl yet but he should at least be island lvl for now.
