Reading the OP Wiki, it doesn't sound like Boldema did anything beyond capturing Tama.

So he scales to Speed, I guess. Speed was a Shinuchi in the crew, if that's any point of scaling. (As is Boldema.)
Can we scale Kamajiro's paws to his jaws? Would crushing early Wano Tama even be a feat? Or maybe scale to his fireballs/firebreathing?
& then we scale Boldema to tanking hits to the groin from Kamajiro's paws, despite the pain it causes both of them.
Probably irrelevant, but Boldema & Speed both have anime-only stuff, like his Karakuri Sword being able to become a sword whip which he can light on fire with Kamajiro's fire, or Speed using her bow & arrow at all. In fact, the anime has her imbue her arrows with Haki. (I doubt that leads any credence to her being a Haki user in the manga, right? Surely Oda wasn't consulted for that.) Speed apparently doesn't use her bow & arrow at all in the manga.
