I can't seem to find a calc for 7-B in the OPM verse so i'll assume they're baseline
so All For One does hold a pretty good advantage in AP being 9.63982388237265 megatons to 19.2796477647453 Megatons via scaling to Prime All Might who is far stronger then his wounded state
All For One is haxless in this key so idk, Telekinesis is useless thanks to AFO being Class G to Fubuki's Class 100
since All For One is likely stronger Fubuki is likely going to be scared of him as its one of her weaknesses as she gets easily intimidated by sufficiently strong opponents and being All For One is able to kill multiple OFA users in the past even nearly killing All Might its safe to say he is even if not more skilled in combat then Fubuki

if this could reach a conclusion i'd go All For One via AP, Range, LS, and likely holding a skill advantage
