Omnipresent BFR?

Can Omnipresent characters BFR someone? Technically, if you are everywhere, you should be wherever you send your opponent, so wouldn't the fight just continue there?

(Of course, characters that are only omnipresent in a certain place or that can simply defy logic are exceptions, I'm talking about characters that don't have those kind of things.)

Well they could BFR someone in a place that they can't reach themselves (Homura Akemi for example). Otherwise, simply stop manifesting in the place where you BFRd the enemy I guess.
