Omnipresence through matter?

So I am unsure about this, but is it possible for an omnipresent being to exist in the same spot as someone else, thus ripping that person apart or do they co-reside into a single being momentarily. I am honestly confused with this.

Since an omnipresent being exists everywhere, if that would be an automatic effect everyone would have to already have died the moment the being started to be omipresent.

Hence most omnipresents don't have physical form.

If a omnipresent being can take physical form that is a seperate ability. In theory they then might be able to do such a thing, but without being demonstrated they either didn't realize that it is a good way to fight or they might have restrictions so that they can not manifest in solid matter or similar ones.

About the co-reside part: An omnipresent being might or might not be every single person in existance. Either they only exist in the same place as everyone or they actually are everyone (and possibly also everything). That are two different types of omnipesence so to say.
