Going with Omni-Man here. Nothing is stopping him from just flying and being unhittable along with having Mid-Low regen and Reactive Evolution. This is along with him being a skilled H2H combatant so nothing is stopping him from just pummeling Thor to death.
Omni-Man, mid diff.

It seems that Omni-Man has better endurance due to his regeneration and an advantage from his Reactive Evolution

Also, Omni-Man could easily subdue Thor by tearing his body apart with his LS, as Omni-Man is quite skilled in using his LS and relies on it a lot, plus he has an immense advantage of x44.07 in it.

Omni-Man FRA

what the
is it???
im not good with zettatons exatons whatever stuff
Thor scales to one-shotting a guy who's 12.368 zettatons and Omni-Man scales to 0.537 or around 23x higher. One-shot gap is 8x so we're already nearly 3x the one-shot gap even ignoring the fact that Thor literally one-shots the guy who did the feat he's scaling to. Literally any hit is gonna instantly gore Omni-Man, it's a stomp
