Didn't Chaos king literally eat 98% of the marvel multiverse? And he's supposed to be only a tiny part of Oblivion as well. I'd put my money on him. Lucifer never impressed me really for someone that is supposed to be so powerful.

Originally he was above baseline since characters like TLT were 1-A and Oblivion sees Marvel and all it's being as an illusion, now though Oblivion is the only 1-A in the verse

Lol, Lucifer gets a lot of bullshit and vague feats that aren't even feats, as they're more statements made by other beings about him. Even then, there are a lot of things on his page that are flat out wrong such as Luci being not able to die, being beyond Destiny and other things.Slenderblak said:

Oblivion embodies a Baseline Outerversal Void, and no a tier 0 is not required to kill Oblivion any 1-A thats a few levels above Baseline one shots Oblivion.

Any 1-A from Cthulhu Mythos, Umineko no Naku Koro ni and Masadaverse all have massively higher cosmologies, like TOAA literally transcends a baseline 1-A and thats it.

But again, that's basically useless, since we know Limbo is 1A, The Monitor Sphere is infinitely bigger than it, destiny views it as fiction, Lucifer escaped the plan which is basically destiny himself, really doesn't get as simple as that (I have posted the scans about this in some CAS vs lucifer thread)
