You're gonna need to have to back that lightspeed travel with a scan of the manga where it's mentioned.
Also, "Can teleport targets" is already a no-brainer that it can BFR.
Minato on the other hand, won't have BFR since his kunai and seals outside the versus match are null and void, and therefore, he can't BFR someone with Hiraishin, unless he does something like throw it to space.
