Somewhere in an alternate timeline, Obi-Wan doesn't hold back and goes all out. And doesn't let Vader kill him. How would the match go? Will Vader still remain victorious or Obi-Wan high-grounds him again?

Vader still wins. They're evenly matched but Vader has more stamina and TK power. Obi-Wan is smarter but not to the point he can win
