In the Yu-Gi-Oh anime, Obelisk the Tormentor has a special ability where after getting 2 Tributes of Monsters his "attack power becomes infinite". Wouldn't that make him Tier 0 via with his special ability?

No absolutely not. Not only is it just game mechanics but we already had multiple discussions about this and it was denied.

He's not getting upgrading from this.

No.

1. A tier 0 is always tier 0 forever via the nature of their being. One attack can't amp you to that point

2. There is no indication Digimon's cosmology is large enough to even have a 1-A, much less tier 0.

3. Infinite doesn't make you tier 0. Technically, a High 3-A has infinite power, see the dimensional tiering page for details.

Im closing this, okay?

You can come to my wall if you need help understanding why this has been rejected. To be short: 1) Attack points = AP (much less directly correlated) 2) Inifinite 3D power = High 3-A. 3) Tier 0 is something in revision and it means complete and absolute trascendence over a 1-A setting.
