Numbers on Kirby's speed?

I think the galaxies could just be there for aesthetic appeal. Plus even when Ribbon isn't moving at the beginning of the gif, we see the galaxies still close together.

Also, RE: Lina's initial comment:

Kirby has fought opponents like Dark Mind and Landia, whom could keep up with the Warp star and the Lor Starcutter respectively, even in their lesser states. So he should have the same reaction speed as his warp star, if not higher.
 
@AN: Ah, so this would scale to overall speed for Kirby.

Also, because we are seeing both Nebula and Stars, it means that we are inside a galaxy as being a galaxy would mean that you would not be able to see a single Nebula at all due to the distance and size difference; plus we wouldn't have been able to see Kirby travelling by other planets either.

Still, this could have been an artistic choice by the creator.
