each Acausality Type is different. Not exactly superior to the other, but different (I think at least)

but.. Lets say..

an entire verse operates on only Acausality Type 4. This will be Character A

Character A has no Non-physical Interaction feats of affecting Type 2 Acausals

while another verse operates entirely on Acausality Type 2. This will be Character B

Has no Non-Physical Interaction feats of Affecting Type 4 Acausals

if Character A was pitted aganist Character B in a "Verus Thread"

(((For the sake of this example. Neither character has passive abiliites, and their the same tier, speed equalized)))

Does this mean neither character can affect the other since both have no feats of affecting the acauslty type of their opponent???

Afaik, the only type of acausality that stops interaction is type 5, then they should be able to interact with each other without NPI.

NPI and Acausality aren't related in the first place. You don't need NPI to affect Acausals, just feats of being able to do so.

In any case, an Acausal isn't particularly different from any average non-acausal character. Only that depending on the type of Acausality, they may be immune to moves that affect the past or the future like time travel, some forms of time manipulation, precognition, clairvoyance, luck, probability manipulation, fate manipulation, plot manipulation etc.
