crossovers are well...confusing they ignore regular scalling at times PLUS touma is universe only via negating gungnir while othunus which one is this cause only her full power is low 2-C while the other two keys are 5-A

I thought I had already explained to you here why you can't use crossovers, let alone untranslated crossovers without offering any proof of your statements, to upgrade canon versions of characters, even if Kamachi is the only author involved and even if Kamachi crossovers are surprisingly in line with canon power levels.
Once more, if it doesn't happen in the main light novels, it doesn't count.
