I'm assuming this is Goku Black after fighting Goku for the first time. I think Goku Black takes this pretty handily, in base he could hurt a SSB Vegeta that's stronger than the one Copy Vegeta is based on, and he has SSR which will definitely make him stronger Copy Vegeta in blue

Is there a difference before and after he fights Goku? I'll freely admit that I'm only just now starting his arc, so my knowledge on Goku Black is a bit unreliable

Ah okay. I do want this to be as fair as possible, so I'll say this is before the Goku fight. Do you think I should restrict SSR or equalize speed?

Base Goku Black already scales to a Vegeta stronger than Copy Vegeta, and it's inifinitely worse with SSJR

Even if Copy Vegeta lands some damage, Black just zenkais and stomps him even worse

Nope, Copy-Vegeta was equal with SSB Vegeta so Base Goku Black would only be marginally superior in AP.

What are Copy Vegeta's wincons?

He's literally a worse version of SSB Vegeta from the Black Saga, who was matched by Base Black

Combine that with Black's crazy zenkai boosts and Copy Vegeta has no way to win here

Copy Vegeta has no control over it. It's just the Superhuman Water doing the absorption without the consent of the characters.

Copy Vegeta literally does NOT control the water, so idk why he even has absorption

Black literally outclasses him in every possible regard. We literally saw how the battle would go when Vegeta attacked Black after they traveled for the future before Black showed his Super Saiyan Rosé

I think it's even worse that way. I would keep the battle as it is now, it's the fairer it could be imo.
