The definition of Type 3 Beyond-Dimensional Existence ("that encompass even beyond-dimensional creatures") pretty much necessitates that all Tier 0's are boundless.

It's weird because they still go by Featherine is bounded by the creator when the creator is just the person in real life who made Umineko
