Noelle genshin downgrade

Downgrading noelle from genshin from her 7-A scaling down to low 7-B. The statement of Diluc and Jean's weapon being created by the same blacksmith is not real at all and Noelle since The statement has stated nothing about them being made by diluc or just that it was created by Wagner this statement is the only reason she even gets to 7-A but since it doesn't exist she'll be downgraded to low 7-B

i actually agree because outside of this chainscaling shitshow given to every character she has no feats to back up her 7-A rating, but as far as i know @Giannysmag is alr planning the revision so, you can downgrade her as you please

I'll agree with this one but you just lack of evidence, i also didn't see mountain shatter in that scan.

so i think, we just have to justify the evidence used, I think noelle deserves the same tier as lawachurl which is tier "7A".
Noelle is proven to be able to defeat Lawachurl and can see here, so in my opinion, noelle is fine being placed in tier 7A, but we just need to justify the feats given

Agree with furina, reasoning on profile lacks evidence and Tier 7-A does have correct reasoning in being able to fight a stonehide lawachurl
