Difficult to put in words, but she resists several layers (five), but anything that doesn't work on something above 4-B would fail.

She also technically works by the laws of her own world, so nullifying some of her stuff (like her being a ghost, or her Will) would take either law manip, resistance to it, or someone from her world.
