• Noah needs its core key removed. There's honestly no point in having another unknown key for Noah SoA that's essentially just its heart.
• Noah should receive 'Higher' as Final Noah Prime or potentially a new key entirely. Final Noah Prime's (the berserk transformation) in-game subject log says this:

Faced with imminent destruction Noah Prime becomes consumed with a rage powerful enough to cross dimensions. Taking a decidedly demonic turn towards black and red and growing an additional set of arms, Noah Prime became the greatest threat our dimension has ever known.

• This obviously implies that Legionis was getting lose to killing Noah Prime before its berserk transformation, and we see at the end of the fight that Final Noah Prime is able to tank and then overpower Legionis after an all out assault on Noah.
• Noah additionally needs Body Control for growing the two arms, Rage Power for obvious reasons, and maybe Dimensional Travel for the statement above about it's rage crossing dimensions.
• Lastly, the big one. Noah might need to receive Possibly 5-B to High 3-A. Noah scales to the Astral Plane which is stated by Jena to be "far larger than planet Earth... Infinite for all intents and purposes." The Astral Plane's location information in the games database states it to be "An infinitely vast dimension, wholly alien to our own," and furthermore in file 4 we see Yoseph speaking on a call with 3 mysterious persons. Not much is known about these people, but they appear to be the ones funding Yoseph and his project, so they should be at least somewhat well versed in what they're talking about. the "Seeker of Power" refers to the Astral Plane as an "Infinite wellspring of horrors." All of these pretty clearly establish a very high possibility, if not outright confirmation that the Astral Plane is infinite in size.
• The above would scale to anyone who scales to Noah, being the Legionis and Akira.

As for 5B and 3A... Can you elaborate more on the scaling? How exactly does he scale? Is he the astral plane itself? Did he destroy it?

I don't know if that can be done since that part comes from Noah Prime's Subject Log in the games database saying:

"When Yoseph and his Akira clones dissipated, they left behind this embodiment of the Astral Plane. The ultimate chimera, Noah Prime exists only to redshift the entire planet Earth."

Redshfiting involves turning matter into crystalized data too, so I don't know if that can be calced.

Essentially Red Matter, Redshift, and the Astral Plane are all correlated

In the players first encounter with red matter, Max (the teams captain), describes red matter to the player as "Solid Corruption." In gameplay you find it basically everywhere, but its presence is basically caused by corruption (redshift) , either brought by gates to the astral plane, chimeras, or both. Red matter appears as small, floating red crystals surrounded by red and black

The term redshift seems to carry two different contexts. The first, on people. Being the most used in the game, when redshift is used to refer to a person, it means corrupting them, weakening their bodies and eventually redshifting the person into an "aberration" which the database refers to every aberration as

"A human being whose corruption levels rose beyond the redshift threshold, transforming them into a mindless monster. Unfortunately, there is no way to change them back.

"Its arm has mutated into a [Insert Weapon. There are multiple things the arm can mutate to such as a claw, bow, sword, shield etc. Some also grow wings]"

Referring to the redshift of physical objects, redshift essentially means things turning into red matter given that its left behind by the presence of gates and chimeras. Jena when encountered in the Astral Plane, kinda goes on a somewhat confusing dialogue, but I'll just lay out the whole thing here, the first part is kind of irrelevant though:

Hal: There's those shapes again... whatever they are

Jena: They were all human, once. Then they were brought [to the astral plane]. To be archived. Someday they'll return to earth to hunt and bring back others to make like them. As chimeras.

Hal: So this whole place is made of people?

Jena: How anthropocentric of you. Not only humans, but everything on earth comes here. The earth isn't being corrupted or whatever you might call it (It is, this is just semantics right here.) It's being brought here. Bit-by-bit. Or should I say brought BACK here. Think of this as a storage unit, kept by unknowable masters. Our extinction is merely their reorganization. When you think of it that way, it doesn't seem so bad doesn't it.

Basically the Astral Plane is made up of red matter which is essentially just regular, matter turned into crystalized data.

In file 6 where corruption levels grow insanely high in zone 09, massive crystal formations begin to rapidly appear around the area, and a portion sky turns into an identical background to the astral plane. Though this is the only time in game where corruption levels in an area get this visually extreme.

The Astral Plane's location file in the database also calls the material that forms its platforms/landscape "crystalized data"

The Astral Plane is a harsh place permeated by chimeric corruption and made up entirely of cubes of crystalized data. It is believed to be completely uninhabitable except to chimeras.

Well I don't know if you think this is usable but Soul of Ambition's data log says this:

Yoseph himself also backs this up as he says "All will become one within Noah, A singular nexus of existence" when fusing himself with the core.

Well, it starts with the fusion between a Legionis and their legion. Fusion can occur when the synchronization between a Legionis and their legion is perfect. Yoseph used this to then have countless Akira clones fuse with their legion and then have the fusions fuse with each other in order to create the core.

Once he had the core he fused it with himself, creating Noah. After the boss fight with Noah, Yoseph then appears claiming to have become a part of the Astral Plane, stating himself to be endless.

The start of the game refers to synchronization as "Neurological harmony." And the fact that Legions are simply just controlled chimera cores (Which I'm pretty sure are data based off of visual appearance and a statement somewhere in the game that I'll have to look for) seems to be what's tying it to the Astral Plane.
