Okay this Revision is to fix the stats for Phantom brave, and to the same extent soul nomad and the world eater which have some scaling to it (Mainly speed now).
Right now Phantom brave is rated at least high 7-A, possibly 6-C do to the skill Gigaton bomb. but looking into this the explosion it makes would not even come close to 1 gigaton, and is described as just a powerful explosion.
So I think the high 7-A, possibly 6-C is not legit do to this. as well outside of skill names the highest feat we see in the game is Walnut's Psycho Burgundy ability generating enough power to shake an island which comes out too a 8-A rating.
for speed this should have Likely Massively Hypersonic+ Removed as there are cloud to ground lighting attacks for characters to dodge we do not see how high the cloud is or how far they moved do to the animation. this should make them just unknown.
for Lifting Strength this should be changed to super human as they are shown swinging around a link of at least 5 minecarts around with ease, as well as carry small trees, and stone pillars with ease.
