This is all tilted in Nil's favor, first since Eru cannot affect her, nor powernull her, currently Eru does not resist Void Manipulation, so this could easily be taken into account as Nil's Wincon.

Hmmm, now that I see "The Dawn Machine" can affect NEP2 beigns, then I don't think Nil has a chance here.

Necro and off topic but The Dawn Machine can't affect concept type 1 so Nil erases cus his high godly regen can't regen from conceptual erasure from what I see
