It's the world's last city (Well, city state), in the year 2157. There has been a horrifying cataclysmic event that took the lives of billions of Human beings. Now, somewhere in the American Mid West lies the final, large urban center of civilization on Earth. Nightsong. A city ran by vampires, werewolves and witches (warlocks too). There is a masquerade style situation going on so the Humans won't try to rise up, but basically, vampires farm Human blood, werewolves are also farming Humanity for food, and witches are in alliance with the other two. Nightsong, a city the size of present day Tokyo, Japan isn't just home to vamps, witches and wolvies, there are also demons, ghosts, and other spooks that either run the day to day operations or at least lurk behind the shadows waiting.
The Humans believe that they are running the show, seemingly having a government with "The Governor", being the top executive officer, while super strong corporations do whatever they want, unregulated, armed to the teeth with literal private armies.
You can choose from factions you make up but for story line purposes I need at least the Witch/Vamp/Werewolf.
Players Will Start At City Block Level, and have up to ten special abilities. These abilities must be tied to their chosen faction/"race".
Mid Hax, maximum for your abilities. They can be amps/higher than usual stats, etc.
