Doesn't Dragon Slayer increase his durability? What changes Dragon Slayer in the Berserker Armor?

Nightmare (Soul Calibur) vs Guts

The Dragon Slayer itself is 8-B, so it can be used as a shield. It doesn't directly increase Guts' durability.
Also, it's a stomp because Guts is vulnerable to being one-shotted, soul harming abilities made futile due to the sheer amount of souls Nightmare possesses; can simply be disposed of with bfr and his strategic thinking can't even be used since he's in a berserker state. There is literally nothing Guts can do to have any sort of advantage in this fight, I guess removing speed-equalization may make things interesting? Even then I don't know since it's probably going to be a speed-blitz.

It is a blitz, Guts is far more then twice as fast to blitz.
