Bolas since he is more experienced in haxes and managed to counter mind haxed Jace who is a 5D in his Post Mending. Take note, Jace managed to sheild the Gatewatch from Emrakul and the Eldrazi. Imagin what the PreMending can do. He is also proficient in other colors of the mana aside from Blue Red Black. And Bolas is notorious in making Backup plans like what he did to the unkillable Leshrac and Mind haxing Teferi who is also a powerful pre mending planeswalker Chronomage

Seriously Bolas Vs is already tiresome that no one bothers to debate it any longer, after screwing up someone in vs battles. Even in comic vine. I think the Gatewatch who is more balanced are more interesting for VS, the reasoning here is One cannot kill the other and vice versa, or ends up being outhaxed or outschemed by Bolas
