Well after deep though. The deepest in my life. I resized the winner. So Mario and Hank are possibly equal in power. As both have small building and potentially higher.

With speed equal, it mostly comes down to arsenal and who tank tank what. Considering we have seen Hank survive and heal from pretty bad fire before. I think it's fair to say he could do the same with marios fire flower, leaving Hank with a very large range advantage with his guns. He as well is seen to be immediately smarter than Mario. And tricking him or leading him along to the propane tanks could easily lead to marios demise. If not killed by his range guns alone. He at least has 3 regular ones like shotgun, rifle, and pistol, and others like a nail gun. So if are at similar speeds and AP. range and intelligence is what takes this.
