New Story Idea, But would like opinions and ideas for character abilities

Im writing a story at the moment and in the future I plan on writing a non canon side story with a plot that's time themed. In other words its a plot that has to do with dealing with the past, present and future. Basically time itself. But for some of my characters I cant think of any cool abilties for them to get, especially time based ones, outside of a few ideas. If anyone could drop by and drop an opnion and an idea on what abilities I could add in, that would be really helpful

Now here's some abilities I thought would be cool to add:

- Characters having a power known as Time Force, which gives them direct access to Time itself

- Characters with Time Force become stronger and more hax depending on how strong their Time Energy is

- A character with Time Force can manipulate not only memories, but also past to present occurances and events and "save them" so that even if those events are "erased" for others, it remains for those with Time Force. Like for example, if one goes on a adventure with another person and time is manipulated to where those events were to never happen, the person with Time Force is capable of making it so that they and their life are still affected by that event, even if their companion no longer is affected by that event and cannot remember it. It might be complicated to explain but I'll try my best to explain it better if needed

-Someone with time force could do some crazy feats such as.......create an attack that directly attacks a persons Soul and then erases their soul from all of space-time. In other words, the targets soul isnt damaged in anyway but its erased from all points in Time. Your soul no longer exists in the past, present or future as all of your past, present and future versions have had their soul erased.

And that's it for now. Does anyone have any thoughts and ideas they'd like to share concerning this?

How would it be a Mary-Sue? Especially if other characters can counter it with no problems and rather easily?

@AppleLord Sounds to me like it's a general verse ability, not just a Mary-Sue MC ability. If done well the fights could be very dynamic, with characters constantly manipulating the time of the environment to help them in battle.

My advice is to have most, if not all characters and abilities built around the time force.

Time force users should all be acausal to the direct affects of at least other users with similar levels of time energy, so battles don't end up boiling down to who thinks to erase the other first, or who's "saved" more of their past. Force them to think outside the box and use their powers without directly affecting the opponent.

You should probably establish a powerscaling to ability correlation early on, as in x amount of time energy gives a certain power. Or have each character specialize in a different aspect of time manipulation. These will help avoid victories or turning the tables seeming like plot armor or bs power ups.

Some ideas for time force powers I have are erasure through time, acceleration and deceleration (it might be good to make this an ability everyone has access to), causality manipulating (as in changing a past event to affect the flow of the battle, for instance in a fight in the mountains making it so it rained heavily the previous day to catch the opponent in a mud-slide), time stop, time travel, clairvoyance and seeing the past, stopping the flow of time for an object or person (effectively trapping it in a moment in the past, so it no longer effects the future), stopping the change in time for an object (making it so they can no longer be effected or changed by outside sources, other than acausal individuals, any force or energy that would hit them would not effect them, while they would be able to "cut" through anything because it would be unable to apply an equal and opposite force on them), time sealing (sealing an area of space-time making it impossible to act within, it will probably be best as a double edged sword sealing the user as well, and make the space effected and time it lasts for proportional to the amount of time energy possessed), history disordering (changing the order of time periods and events, if you want, you could make this not effect acausal people/time force users or things like inventions and discoveries, effectively changing who and what took part in major events through history), Regenerationn through accelerating their cell division or undoing past events that harmed them. Those are all the major uses for time manipulation I can think of right now.

Lastly, in terms of physical abilities you should make them mainly human and focus instead on the hax. If they have a superhuman trait speed would be best since it's easily explained by accelerating and decelerating their own time and the time of enemy attacks.

That's what I think would make it the most interesting.
