New staff promotions

I will ask the rest of the staff about promoting Byakuya to content moderator during the next staff recruitment drive, so I haven't forgotten about his help with the striking strength project.

Wiki Bureaucrat + Actual Job = I wouldn't have time to look over both places probably.

I don't even go the forums much either, so it's not like the job would suit me.
 
This is great news! You guys certainly earned your promotions, especially with your help with the striking strength revisions and all. Also goes to show how unfortunate things like the necessity of that huge revision can be turned to good when hard, honest work and a good work ethic are in play, doesn't it?
