Harry gave Peter a good fight in their first encounter, and even after Spidey became less restrained with his Black Suit, he still fought him on equal terms. So i don't think he'll have a lot of problems with the less experienced and younger version of the same type character, my vote is for a Goblin.

He's dealt with flying enemies perfectly fine already, information analysis makes him identify how to take Goblin down.

The only reasoning here is that he is on par with Raimi spiderman which is not only an invalid use of ABC logic but the matchbirself was contested by a bunch of people.

Spider-Man FRA. No way Harry should be a huge problem when he's dealt with Falcon and Vulture. Plus his web Combos would be extremely useful, as in the Raimi series Harry didn't have many counters to the webs.
