New Ability - Terraforming

Some characters can terraform entire planets and moons and can change a planet, moon, or other celestial bodies into a new environment by modifying its atmosphere, temperature, surface. Such character I know of are Alien V and The Great One however these are treated as transformation however Transformation is linked to shapeshifting on it's page and seems to talk about a user tranforming his/her body rather then modifying the environment. Therefore I suggest with an ability so massive it deserves it's own page.

My concern is on whether the ability is common enough to warrant a page.
It could be filled in with Weather Manipulation, Transmutation, Plant Manipulation, etc. They would be high-level applications, but they fit much better than Transformation.

Also, I have an issue with the name: "Terraforming" (literally: Earth-shaping) is heavily associated with changing a planetry body to resemble Earth, but you have stuff like changing a planet into a crystal-like substance in the examples you provided.
We can say "Planetry Transformation", but would it be fair to exclude something like transforming a continent or an island? "Environment Manipulation" sounds much better, but the description of the ability should differentiate it from Weather Manipulation.

Yeah, I have a feeling this is just another sub-power of Reality Warping; and ShadowWhoTalks makes a good point that it mostly is specific to turning lifeless planets into Earth copies. So I feel the added ability doesn't seem necessary enough to warrant its own page IMO. But I'm willing to hear what other staff think.

Seems like low level reality warping. But I wouldn't mind a detailed page if it covers all cases of transforming a planet to something else, not just terraforming. And if enough characters have it.

To be fair, a bunch of abilities are subpower of reality warping, as its basically a place holder for not very well definied powers. Some time ago it was suggested to create a power called Environmental Manipulation, that could be more fitting.

Terraforming is just a combination of Earth and Weather manipulation on a large scale.

It might be some matter manipulation/transmutation in some cases, it might be in a immediate reality warping, but is not an ability or power itself, just a application of other powers with planetary range.

This isn't necessary. Powers that are just combinations of other powers don't warrant pages.
