Since no form of Arceus was stated, Arceus stomps. Regardless, Arceus wins via better abilities, and has all of NEO's hax and more.

I think this was discussed before. I believe the general consensus was that Arceus (In Low 2-C form) had to much hax for NEO to really go against.

NEO doesn't have a enough feats to hold a candle to Arceus, who is all around more versatile and powerful. Giving it to to the Llama God.
