Krona gained additional power on his own by absorbing the energies of several universes. Nekron only initially restored him when he was at his weakest.

Also, we likely cannot scale between a Pre-Crisis feat, and much later crossover feats.

T his is post crisis and the crossover is cannon to both companies . It's been hinted several times in Marvel handbooks and one of the JL event where MMH saw the Marvel universe and refrred to the event

He is said to be the embodiment of Darkness and death that exists between universes

He is also the empty space between atoms

He utterly defeated White Sinestro who is imperfectly emerged with The Entity (One of the main sources of the life upon multiverse). Also dealed with depowered Anti-Monitor twice..

And even after collobrated effort off punch of White Lantern Superheroes he still wasnt able to beaten but Hal revived his link to the living word and he banished to the his own dimension again.

So he is at least 3-B to 2-C
