Revision to Neko Majin Z's stats
Currently, Neko Majin Z has a tier of Multi-Solar System level and a Massively FTL+ speed rating, with the justification being that he scales to the Toei versions of Goku and Vegeta, with the rest of the Neko Majin Z characters following suit.
However, unless I'm missing something, nothing in Neko Majin seems to connect the anime storyline, specifically, to its own. In fact, most of the time the Dragon World is ever mentioned, typically by name (by Onio's wife in Neko Majin Z 1, and by Majin Buu in Neko Majin Z 4), it's always referring the manga and Jump Comics.
Saiyans and descendants of the Frieza Clan appear as main characters, and Goku (and his family) and Vegeta appear as cameos, but that's all they are. At that time in the original story, Vegeta had long outgrown the Frieza Force, however, in Neko Majin Z, he's sent to Earth by Frieza's orders. Uub exists, Goku and his family are in their End of Z designs, Buu appears and mentions Satan City, but that still isn't enough to connect it to the anime versions of the character.
Neko Majin Z's page even mentions the fact that "Neko Majin Z is only part of the Neko Majin Z manga timeline".
Given the self-parody and contradictory (contradicting the original story) nature of Neko Majin, and the fact that it has not been linked to anything else Dragon Ball aside from Dragon Ball Heroes, it's pretty reasonable to rule Goku, Vegeta, the Son family, the Saiyans and Kuriza out as one-sided crossovers, meaning it can't be used to scale Neko Majin Z.
On their own, Neko Majin (who has no page) has a couple of Wall and Small Building level, one Class 25, and a few Superhuman to Subsonic feats, as well as a Town level outlier as far as I know, and Neko Majin Z follows suit with the same level of feats, as well as Class K lifting strength for crushing a stone with one hand, including a few Tier 8 and Tier 7 feats, which may or may not be outliers.
And, with these downgrades, Neko Majin Z's range with his energy attacks should be reduced to Tens of meters, comparing him to Onio who fired a blast with that range.
Revision to Neko Majin Z's Powers and Abilities
Neko Majin Z's powers honestly need a face lift, as well as a few additions.
I removed Afterimage Creation from his list of powers, because he has never created an afterimage, and I removed Ki Manipulation because once again, one-sided crossover, and Ki is never mentioned in the manga, so it's been replaced with generic ol' Energy Manipulation.
Neko Majin Z's gi shouldn't be listed as Standard Equipment and the Power Pole and Nimbus should be removed, as he is only ever shown with those on the manga cover.
He is listed as having no notable weaknesses, but it's explicitly stated that his Majin-Dama is the source of his power, and if it's removed, he loses all of that power, becoming "just an ordinary, fat cat" as Usagi Majin puts it. Usagi Majin also managed to force Neko Majin Z into surrendering his Majin-Dama by threatening to destroy his figurine of Goku, but I don't know if that's actually considered a weakness or not. Usagi Majin considers it a weakness, though. Lastly, Goku managed to distract Neko Majin Z with a cat toy, which is a similar case.
As for Kuriza...
Kuriza's stats and powers will also be affected by this. As he scales above Super Saiyan Onio, who scales relative to Neko Majin Z, he would have the same stats as him. However, Kuriza, along with Onio was stated to be helpless against Neko Majin Z and weaker than Vegeta, who was forced into Super Saiyan by Neko Majin Z.
He would lose all of his powers aside from Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Acrobatics, and Flight. Ki Manipulation is once again changed to Energy Manipulation, and Can alter his body structure and create lower forms should be changed to Can alter his body structure and transform to release his power. The reason a large majority of his powers are being removed is because most of them come from scaling to Frieza, however, one-sided crossover is one-sided, so we aren't allowed to do that. Perhaps there could be a "possibly many more" at the end of the list.
Every one of his Notable Attacks/Techniques should be removed with the exception of the Death Beam.
