I think 2-B, though, the reason Xenoverse is seen as that high, is due to final form mira, as well as them forgetting that Dragonball heroes IS NOT canon to xenoverse whatsoever
 
However, The varients from the time distortions, are not necessarily boosted versions, people like Jiren, who can pose a threat to the Super Warrior without powerups, are no stronger than their Canon timeline variations, Jiren, is 2-C, and was shown as even stronger than the future warrior against Broly, and this, means, that, since he has no boosts from the canon timeline (He wasn't shown to have any villianous boosts and wasn't stated as stronger than he should have been, it was a post TOP jiren, who shouldn't have jumped to 2-B, this shows to me that the future warrior should be 2-C, though, this isn't really the place for this, nor is this my finalized argument
