I am going to guess you are not using the immortal, invicible zombie, so Naruto should have this, since he knows everything the paths can do.
The Naraka path is rather useless in a direct fight and gets killed rather easily.
Asura path got one-shot by a single rasengan in his face by Sage, so same is expecting him here too.
Preta path is far more useful in his abilities, but has two main problems. First, Naruto can use the same trick to kill it as he did in canon, and secondly, absorbing Kurama's chakra could cause him to become possessed by Kurama's chakra.
Human path will never get to grab Naruto's head without getting ripped to shreds.
Animal path's summons should be rather easy to rip apart for Naruto.
Deva path is the biggest threat with Chibaku, but Naruto knows about it and can probably abuse Pain's time outs to kill them.

He could also use Kurama's feeling sense to get where the OG Nagito is and nuke him instead of fighting the paths.
