On a narrative level, natsu is both the main character and he has the power of friendship on his side like Goku. But jiren is basically the impossible obstacle of power that his character is supposed to be. He'll probably be natsu's toughest opponent yet but he's destined to lose.

Natsu had been fighting Jiren for what seemed like hours. Both of them were exhausted, but Natsu refused to give up. He knew that his friends were counting on him, and he wasn't going to let them down. Suddenly, Natsu felt a surge of energy. He wasn't sure where it was coming from, but he knew that he had to use it. He channeled all of his power into one final attack and unleashed it on Jiren. The force of the attack was so great that Jiren was sent flying backwards. He hit the ground hard and didn't move. Natsu had won. As Natsu walked towards Jiren's body, he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned to see his friends standing there, smiling at him. They all embraced him, and Natsu knew that he had finally found the power of friendship.

That's debatable though, power of friendship didn't exactly beat Jiren. Atleast, talking strictly about Goku vs Jiren. Only when it became a joined effort universe seven managed to defeat him.
So I guess it's more of combined power of friendship>Jiren.
