Round 1: Tony can't use marks from Age of Ultron

Round 2: Tony can use all his armors shown so far in the MCU

Speed unequalized for both of them. Tony can not just fly up and spam blasts from up there.

This is post 2nd TS Natsu. He can use DF or LFD mode (however, if he uses these, feats will be from Tartarus Arc)

Both of them going all out with 100% power

For knowledge: Natsu has seen Tony fighting and known Tony is a guy with armour that can fly and blast energy. Tony has only heard rumours about Natsu having fire manipulation, he is not aware of LFD modes or DF.

Who wins each round? State your reasons...

I think natsu can win this. His Flame Dragon Kings Demolition Fist would absolutely destroy Iron Man. That said, it won't be an easy fight. Iron Man's movement speed is higher than Natsu's in base and we have no dragon force feats, although he should be at least three times faster with that. If Iron Man keeps his distance then he might have a shot. Then again Natsu can evade 1 or 2 blasts and since the blasts will hit buildings, the flames that will arise will give Natsu a boost in power.

If they go with hand2hand Natsu absolutely destroys Tony. He is much better at it and he is more powerful and quicker.

7-8/10 for Natsu.

Round 1- Natsu takes with mid-low diff, DC/AP diff is too much.

Round 2- Tony stomps, not only does he have higher speed but higher DC/AP.
