Naruto's self sustenance

Why is Naruto the only person that has self sustenance if we are actually basing the reason from him survivng on the moon? Wouldnt that also apply to Toneri, Hinata, Shikamaru, Sakura, Sai and Hanabi who also survived in space? Except there is another reason for him being the only one to have that, I think this should apply to these mentioned characters.

The feat is that he and Toneri leave the surface of the moon and go into space when Naruto saves him. The surface of the moon somehow had oxygen, because in the Retsuden novel, characters like Sasuke, Naruto (no chakra) and Sakura needed an oxygen equipment to survive at 200km altitude. Naruto after losing the equipment, he loses consciousness, but regains the ability to use Kurama's power and then regains consciousness and return for Konoha. Basically, as Kurama Mode, Naruto can survive without oxygen, I think the explanation maybe should be changed?
