It doesn't scale and feats, statements and scaling vehemently against it. @Shadow Naruto, Minato, and Sasuke nearly all-time attacked Juubito when he decided to create 4 JD (which he could create hundreds more casually) it tanked by his barrier. After that with all physiological problems, he didn't go offensive and attacked by Naruto and Sasuke.
