Naruto VS Ichigo

Being invisible is also a huge boon and Naruto doesn't seem to have the ability to sense Ichigo either since Reiryoku can't be sensed, only Reiatsu which isn't equated by our rules and the OP even removed Reiatsu.
So Naruto is fighting someone invisible who he can't senses and has an AP advantage.

Not to mention Ichigo would be getting stronger and fast all through the fight due to reactive power level.

Naruto can't see or even sense ichigo and ichigo will one shot naruto's soul with a single slash.
Even without that, Sage mode doesn't last that long, have limited range options that severly drain him and naruto start without any summons( does setting clones gathering natural energy beforehand count as prep ?)
Ichigo can sense everything naruto will attempt to do with clones shenanigans even if blinded and can fly to dodge and stay out of reach as long as necessary while having the option to GT from the air.
Ma and Pa summon and their genjutsu are naruto's only chance but he will have to think of summonning them , perform the summon and then survive long enough for them to actually perform it .
Summoning Ma and Pa to genjutsu someone isn't really in characther either , as showned in the pain fight ,even with both of them with him from the begining ,naruto didn't tought of using them to genjutsu pain by himself ,Pa was the one that suggested it .
