Actually Onoki is Tier 7 not for Dust Release but for his Earth Jutsu.

Dust Release is Durability Negating Hax that's why his profile says "Ignores durability with Jinton"

So if anything that might just be a range feat

Giving Durability Negating Hax AP or a Tier? If so, then what's the point of saying it negates durability? You would actually be downgrading it instead.

As for the range if this gets accepted this would give Jinton users "Hundreds of Meters to a dozen Kilometers" provided that the distance of Onoki from the island is found

Why would the other Kage gain range upgrades from something Onoki could do with Jinton when they themselves don't have it?.

I'm fine with upgrading Onoki's range to whatever he'd need to catch the entire Island Turtle.
