I'm going to tell you right away that it's not going to be accepted lmao. We have things like Hebi Sasukes ultimate attack, Hakus signature move, and Mifunes quickdraws accepted at light speed. Base kid Lee would not only be a crazy outlier but also break in-universe scaling
