I think it's considered canon as long as it doesn't contradict the manga. I'm not sure. The manga takes precedence in calculations. If the anime makes the calculations easier, the anime is also allowed.

There's some cool abilities in the novels for some characters, these are minor enough to not warrant entire profiles but I think the abilities are cool enough to be indexed, especially might buff characters that get "I have all ninjutsu" statements, I wonder if I should make a blog for that

It's not 100% true because what Kawaki asked Amado wasn't to remove the limiters only remember so maybe Kawaki is more powerful than his limiters removed
