I still think the result would be pretty high, the attack sent rocks the size of mountain ranges into the sky, which is something nukes can't even do.

Even applying context and concluding that it's not about overall combat ability, it's still crazy that a teenage Minato can be compared to Hashirama in any way

Considering how he specifically outlines each area, he's better than they are, at I don't think it was meant to be holistic.

Being better than Sasuke with the Sharingan is just referring to taking advantage of its strengths better than P1 Sasuke does.

Which is true, he's watched Kakashi copy ninjutsu mid combat, something Sasuke really doesn't use in P1, and knows that Kakashi trained Sasuke to use his sharingan to visualize someone's moves and copy their entire fighting style.

Based on what Naruto has seen and heard from hearsay, Kakashi is leagues better than Kid Sasuke was in Sharingan Usage.

As far as Lee > Sasuke, I'm sure it was more of a skill statement than AP, considering Sasuke became his equal in most other areas of Taijutsu by CE Finals, while Lee was still in the hospital and far surpassed him in AP by VoTE.

Still, I think what this entire scene was trying to illustrate was that Kakashi is a jack of all trades Shinobi who is better at utilizing the specialties of the many specialist Shinobi that Naruto knows than they are, leaving him with so much versatility that it's hard to find weak spots.

I don't think there was any more being alluded to than that.

Because otherwise, the fact Kakashi trained Sasuke to match Lee's Taijutsu in part 1 already makes the "Skill" Question apparent to the reader. As this is from Naruto's perspective, would it imply Kakashi > anything Pt. 1 Lee showed in way of Taijutsu, which Gates are, that Naruto experienced.

Likely just chakra since Naruto should already be immune to the erasure effect

I mean, sure, but I don't think that was meant to be comparative to Sasuke.

By the end of Final Valley, Sasuke is physically stronger than anything Lee could do in Part 1 even with the gates.

Kakashi trained Sasuke to use the moves of Lee's that Sasuke had visually captured with his Sharingan. I don't think those small showings gave Sasuke every bit of Lee's skill in Taijutsu.

Especially since he wasn't around for the Gaara fight.

I really do just think Naruto said Lee there due to that being his specialty rather than Lee being the best Taijutsu user he's ever seen, whereas Sasuke's specialty would be his Sharingan.
 
Hot Take: SM doesn't give physical immunity to TSB, only Senjutsu Chakra.

Therefore, unless you cloak the parts of your body in Senjutsu Chakra that touch TSB's, you will still get erased. 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think anyone thinks regular Senjutsu gives you immunity.

It’s pretty blatant that SM only allows you to interact with TSO via Jutsu.

It’s Six Paths Chakra that does, and there are plenty of examples of Six Paths user just touching TSO with this bare hands

Are there though?
  1. Juubito = Cloaked in Juubi's Chakra
  2. Madara = Cloaked in Juubi's Chakra
  3. SPSM Naruto = Shown Touching it with Chakra Cloaked hand in Base & is Claoked when he touches them later.
  4. Toneri = Cloaked in Chakra
The only times we people touching them is Hagoromo, Hamura, DMS Obito & Sasuke and even then, we know Ninja cloak their hands and feets to stick to surfaces.

Given the above consistency, I think it's it's more likely the other 4 instances are holding them or standing on them via chakra.

I mean we don’t know how much training Naruto did as hokage vs the 2 year training. It could had been an on and off since his duties are what he has to be attentive for

It is, because if the TSB is only being used as a Blunt Force Object to Bisect his arm, it means Minato being in SM was negating it's affects. Not the case considering his arm was still negated, meaning no, Minato being in SM wasn't directly affecting how the TSB works in regards to contact upon his body. And if it's still negating his body despite being in SM, there is no reason to assume it wasn't bisecting it due to it's jinton Properties.

Minato being in Sage Mode doesn't change the fact that Edo Tensei is a ninjutsu, so if the TSO broke through the senjutsu reinforcement protecting his body via AP, then it could target the ninjutsu Edo Tensei with Yin Yang release and prevent his arm from regenerating.

True, but it doesn't matter as for the most part, the Edo Tensei Body mimics the true body of the summoned soul and works the same for purposes of Ninjutsu and such. So Minato using SM works no different than if Naruto used SM and how their bodies sre affected.

Doesn't work like that. The buff they get from Senjutsu isn't some outer layer protection that can be peeled off like armor and it's not just AP.

Naruto didn't become hokage immediately after the last
He was still active for like 7 years before eventually becoming a kage
