Does dragon ball have any head scaler or staff primarily in charge of the verse?


Naruto has US69
Bleach has Arc7
OP is generally done by KT & Kachon (from what I’ve seen that is, I could be wrong)

Db looks like it’s done by random goons

Well you literally said it, on screen planetary destruction. And after that, we got tons of statements.
For naruto? Not a single on screen feats that's larger than planetary destruction, or heck, larger than moon level +.
And after that feat, no statement that puts them at solar system or above.
You can add the movies, filler, and even games. Feat wise, they are still king vegeta victim.

the gap between planet level and solar system is so massive that you can give Z Goku dragonball super's multipliers and it still wouldnt reach the tier they supposedly at during the buu saga, so no idea what the point here is.

So, we go from on-screen planetary destruction to suddenly solar system level just because of one statement with a game adaptation as supporting evidence? Tell me, in what universe does a planet-busting feat justify a 4-B statement?
Then there’s DBS, where in one fight, Goku jumps from 4-B to Low Multiversal off a single statement. Where’s the feat in between 4-B and Low Multiversal how is this not an outlier? Just so we’re clear any feat before ETSO (even if it’s 10-C) is closer to 4-B than 4-B is to Low Multiversal. You could destroy a trillion suns, and you’d still be nowhere near Low 2-C, let alone 2-C.
Yet somehow, after less than a year of training, everyone magically scales to that same 2-C level which, by the way, came from a statement.
Get that nonsense energy outta here. Spoiled.

Except that, you're actually wrong.

Since DBS Anime has been accepted to be a continuity of DB Kai rather than DBZ manga we've seen destruction feats on screen than nobody in Naruto ever dreams of doing such feats.

We literally have Kid Buu destroying a galaxy ON screen and yes it does exist in DB Kai and no it isn't a filler ep



And next we have Buuhan literally PERFORMING a 2-C feat ON screen, we didn't need silly ass statements for this one did we?




Not mentioning that Nameku had already 4-A stats so yeah I don't get where did the 4-B accusation come from unless we're talking about DBZ Manga which both of us know that it's tremendously lowballed.

And for God's sake if you haven't watched/read dragon ball then please don't spread lies cuz I'm pretty sure that the 2-C arguments didn't come off a single statement yeah?

Firstly, The TSO is an outlier because no one has a statement or feat that comes close to it or surpass it, before and after the feat is done. So by definition, it's an outlier.
Secondly the reason why 2-C isn't an outlier for db because we have feats and statements before and after that are on the same level, such as; Buuhan tearing up the fabric of reality and threatening to collapse alternate dimensions to destroy the universe, BoG Shockwaves, Narrator statement about them having universe destroying power, and the High dense energy ball, Beerus and Champa almost destroying 2 universes, Super shenron being literally bigger than hundreds of thousands of galaxies and restoring universes on screen, Infinite Zamasu fusing with the universe, Zeno erasing universes on screen, Rymus creating universes on screen. And of course the numerous planetary, solar system, multi solar system and galactic feats that are shown in Z.
And thirdly, yall can end this debate with showing me an instance of someone in naruto bowling up a planet on screen, use movies, anime, filler or heck even games.

Most of these feats you’re bringing up are irrelevant. Not only do they fail to justify jumping from a finite number to infinite, but they also aren’t even accepted on the wiki as canon to DBS. I could bring up how an incomplete Ten-Tails created a 2-C parallel dimension in a movie that Kishimoto worked on, Hagoromo 2C feat in the game or even how Kaguya with Amenominaka could instantly move a 2-C structure in the Manga, but none of that would matter because the wiki doesn’t accept it.
Funny enough, I don’t even care if Dragon Ball scales to 1-C, but the constant trash nonsense of putting down other verses ratings that you guys do needs to stop. You’ve already been given more than enough leeway on the wiki. So pipe down and enjoy the privileges.

In terms of vsbattle, wouldn't Madara win? At least last time in 2021 he won from what I remember. Also, I was looking at Momoshiki's profile, doesn't he have a rinegan? Because he doesn't have the standard rinegan abilities?

Considering we're about to see her pop off (istg if they fumble her MS..), I could wait a couple months. Also same for Himawari

Honestly Mitsuki is in better shape for a profile than those two since he has literally nothing new but 🥀
 
I'm going to be creating a blog establishing stuff in Naruto that is canon. Any recommendations on what to add would be appreciated. The blog will of course have scans for everything.
